Strictly Kids Dance Class – Foundation Level (Age 8+) Saturdays at 11:00am | Haughton Green Methodist Church, Denton Ballroom & Latin....but with a modern twist. Think Strictly Come Dancing – but made for the next generation! In this upbeat class, your child will explore the foundations of Ballroom and Latin including Cha Cha Cha, Waltz, Jive, Quickstep and more – all brought to life with commercial music and bold, modern routines. This isn’t all traditional partner work. In fact, solo dancing plays a huge role. We focus on strong individual performance, musicality, and clean technique before introducing any partnered choreography – helping dancers grow in confidence and style from the very first step. What Makes This Class Special 💃 Commercialised Ballroom & Latin We keep the magic of traditional dance styles but teach them in a fresh, exciting way – using music your child recognises and routines that feel relevant and fun. 💥 Solo work is key We place high importance on solo dancing to build strong foundations, rhythm, and confidence.
