Kicks & Splits – Foundation Level (Age 8+) Saturdays at 11:45am | Haughton Green Methodist Church, Denton Strength, stretch, and standout technique. Our Kicks & Splits class is where dancers learn to level up their flexibility, strength, and control – all while having fun. This isn’t just about showing off high kicks and deep splits (though we do love those!) – it’s about giving your child the tools to move with precision, power, and poise. Perfect for dancers who love a challenge, this class focuses on the kind of conditioning work that supports all styles of dance – from Lyrical and Street to Ballroom and Cheer. What to Expect 💪 Flexibility & strength training Every session includes guided stretching, controlled strength work, and exercises that support mobility, alignment, and safe flexibility development. 🦵 Technique-focused kicks & leaps We break down correct kick technique, height, control, posture, and use of core – building habits that make dancers stronger in every style. 📈 Progress you can see We celebrate gradual improvement and personal milestones – whether it’s getting closer to splits, improving posture, or holding a kick for longer. 🎯 Foundation first This class is all about building correct habits early.
